There was an issue with the case that happened during shipping. Customer service was great. Got a new case shipped out right away. Product is super cute. I think a glass container option would be nice though.

CPU chip arrived early and in good order. Looks just as promised. I can't wait to get to work painting and displaying it! Wonderful item for any Terminator fan, and an excellent shop! Would definitely buy from here again.
